The design of the machine is prepared with simplicity of it functioning in mind. It means both minima maintenance cost and easy clean operation, including a centralized lubrication.

It consist of a stemming table with assembly. Stemming rollers, made of foof-quality stainless steel, are finely grooved to ensure a highly efficient stemming.

Roller pinion assembley, will open authomathicly when a hard object, such a piece of wood or airon goes into the machine, avoiding any damage.

Stemming table, with to-and- from movement, makes fruits change position continuously, increasing efficiency of stemming.
