Automated machine designed to depit and/or slice manzanilla, hojiblanca, cacereña and similar olives. The high production rate (up to 2.500 fruits/minute), high yield and optimum quality in de-pitting and slicing guarantee the profitability of this machine. This model is comprised of high quality stainless steel and super resistant technical plastics parts. Because of its design, the machine can be switched easily to and from the depitting to the slicing mode, requires minimum maintenance, and is easy to clean. Oiling of the mechanisms is carried out by a centralized pump. The pitting drum includes 24 punchers and 24 knives, synchronized with the head of the rotating slicing knives. |
